Roy Ruel, a professional engineer,
has been employed as a guns and shooting consultant nationwide as wall as
internationally. Clients have included, corporations, individuals, government,
the military, insurance companies and the legal profession. In addition to his extensive professional
engineering experience, he has provided litigation support on over 80 civil and
criminal cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
He has been employed as an expert consultant
or witness on a number of cases involving many types of guns including pistols,
revolvers, rifles, and shotguns as well as Airsoft, CO2, BB/pellet, and
paintball guns. He has investigated and
